To confirm and manage your bookings, take payment, keep your session and payment history in your account, contact you about a session you have booked, and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: an authentication provider (to store your login credentials securely), a database provider (to store bookings and member records), and a payment provider (to process card and FPX payments). Each is bound to use your data only to provide their service to us.

Member and booking records are kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we must retain them — for example, payment records kept for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it — except where we are required to keep it. Email eatennisss@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. This policy is provided under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

We use only the cookies needed to run the site — chiefly to keep you signed in to your member account. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
